How will I know what the quality is of your magnets without seeing them?
Since our magnets are manufactured right here in the United States you can be sure we use the highest quality materials available. Each magnet is guaranteed to hold between 6-8 sheets of paper.

Why do you display ‘approx’ sizes and ‘actual’ on your website?
We display our sizes, as 'approx'; as all of the finished products are slightly smaller in size due to the manufacturing process. You can view our size chart by clicking here.


Artwork

Will I be charged extra for artwork?
No. We do not charge for setting or developing "simple" artwork, nor finalizing your uploaded art. Please note: We allow a minimum of two free proofs during your proofing/approval process; we do charge $25 for additional proofs.

You may send us your existing artwork whether that be a business card, catalog, letterhead, photo or electronic image. We also have many ready-made designs available.

Will I be charged for extra colors?
No. You may have unlimited colors on your artwork at no added cost.

In fact it’s proven the color sells! We produce our magnets using a four-color process so your finished magnets will get the professional high quality look and feel you deserve.

Can you match colors exactly?
We do our best to strive for commercial tolerance, due to variations of materials and inks; we cannot always guarantee precise color matching.

Colors may also vary beyond our control though lamination, the printing process and surface of the materials.

If your order requires color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know and we will make arrangements for special processing.

How do I supply artwork?
We have a full gallery of artwork specifications for you. Alternatively you can supply either material for us to prepare the artwork (photos, text etc.), or supply us with your finished artwork.

The Order Process

How do my magnets get shipped?
Your magnets will be shipped using FedEx Ground service. We can also accommodate a faster shipping method for a rush order. Other Shippers such as UPS and USPS are also available if you prefer.

Shipping method and cost is to Continental and United States services only. Areas outside the United States will incure extra shipping costs and applicable taxes and duties.

How long till my magnets are ready for shipping?
After placing your order with us, you can expect your finished artwork via email within 24 hours.

Once you approve your artwork and we receive payment, your magnets will be produced within 10 to 15 business days and be ready for shipping.

(Production time is based on a 5 day work week not including holidays, and does not include the day the order was received by our factory.)

What if I choose to cancel my order?
We require a written notice via email, mail or fax if you choose to cancel your order. All production costs including materials, actual labor and shipping cost prior to cancellation will be charged

Can I order less that 1000 or in units of 500?
We manufacture Business Card and Promotional Magnets in multiples of 1000, our minimum quantity for these is 1000 units. Shaped magnets come in multiples of 500, with a minimum of 250 units. For prices on quantities exceeding those in the price list please contact our office.

Is there any set up charges for my job?
No. There are no additional charges to set up your job.

What do your prices include?
Our prices include:
Service: Fast, friendly and professional customer service.

Artwork: Refining, adjusting and tidying up your art.

Proofs: Confirming artwork via email, fax or phone. (Max 2 proofs only)

Copy: Converting fonts and resetting your copies.

Batching: Your order gets batched and is ready for production.

Processing: Your order gets processed and is ready for shipping.


The Payment Process

When do I have to pay for my magnets?
Once your artwork has been approved and ready for production, your full payment is required.

Do you accept C.O.D.’s?
No, unfortunately C.O.D.’s are not accepted.

How much is shipping costs?
Shipping is only $25 to anywhere in the United States continental area.

For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada or areas outside the United States, please contact our office for applicable taxes and duties.

Reseller

Do you sell wholesale to distributors?
Yes! To become a reseller of our quality magnets you need to register your interest. Our reseller selection criterion requires that you are in the promotional/printing business and are not the end user of the magnets.
