General
How will I know what the quality is of your magnets without seeing them? We manufacture ALL our magnets right here in the United States out of the highest quality materials. Our magnets are strong, capable of holding 3-5 sheets of paper. Of course, if you'd like to see for yourself please contact us and we'll send a free sample pack your way. We're sure you'll be as confident about the quality of our magnets as we are.
Artwork
Will I be charged extra for artwork? No. We do not charge for setting or developing artwork, nor finalizing your uploaded art. Please note: we allow a minimum of three free proofs during your proofing/approval process; we do charge $25 for additional proofs.
You may send us your existing artwork whether that be a business card, catalog, letterhead, photo or electronic image. We also have many ready-made designs available.
Will I be charged for extra colors? No. You may have unlimited colors, be it 1 color or 1 million, on your artwork at no added cost.
We produce our magnets using a four-color process so your finished magnets will get the professional high quality look and feel.
Can you match colors exactly? We do our best to strive for commercial tolerance. However, due to variations of materials and inks we cannot always guarantee precise color matching.
If your order requires exact color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know and we will make arrangements for special processing.
How do I supply artwork? We have a full gallery of artwork specifications for you. Alternatively you can supply either material for us to prepare the artwork (photos, text etc.), or supply us with your finished artwork.

The Order Process
How do my magnets get shipped? Your magnets will be shipped using FedEx ground service. We can also accommodate a faster shipping method for a rush order. Other shippers such as UPS and USPS are also available if you prefer.
Areas outside the United States may incure extra shipping costs and applicable taxes and duties.
How long until my magnets are ready for shipping? After placing your order you can expect a proof of your magnet design to be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Once you approve your artwork and we receive payment, your magnets will be produced within 5 business days and be ready for shipping.
Due note production time is based on a 5 day work week not including holidays, and does not include the day the order was received by our factory.
What if I choose to cancel my order? We require a written notice via e-mail, mail, or fax if you choose to cancel your order. All production costs including materials, actual labor, and shipping cost prior to cancellation will be charged.
Can I order less that 1000 or in units of 500? Minimum quantity varies by product -depending on the item, minimums may be as low as 100.
Is there any set up charges for my job? No. There are no additional charges to set up your job.
What do your prices include? Our prices include everything but shipping. Unlike many other vendors everything is included in the price you see including set-up, full color printing, an online design proof of your magnets, and consultative customer service.
The Payment Process
When do I have to pay for my magnets? Payment is required once your artwork has been approved and your order is ready for production.
How can I pay for my orders? We accepts all major credit cards as well as personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

Do you accept C.O.D.’s? Unfortunately C.O.D.’s are not accepted at this time.
How much is shipping costs? Shipping is based on the size and quantity of the magnets you order. We ship with FedEx ground for most orders and can use your account if preferred. Other shipping methods and carriers are available. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other areas outside the United States, please contact us about shipping costs and applicable taxes/duties.
