We are able to use and accept you magnet art in virtually any format. This serves as a guidleline for customers who have prepared art or wish to use prepared art. If you do not have finished art, please contact us and our graphic department will assist in putting together a custom magnet design that meets your needs -free of charge.

Please follow these art guidelines:

The preferred file type is .AI, .PS, PDF, .EPS or any other editable format. JPEG's are acceptable but must be 300 dpi to ensure the highest qualtiy printing.

- Please make sure that no text, logos, or essential design elements are placed within 1/8 of an inch from the cut edge of your magnets.

- Please make sure to convert all colors to CMYK

- Please convert all fonts to curves/outlines

- All bitmap impages should be at least 300 dpi to ensure the best print quality.

- We prefer no borders around the edge of the magnet

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an e-mailed design proof to review before your magnets go into production.
